"Holly Davidson" is the first album by Christie Moore, where she served as a solo artist and played all the instruments herself. The album showcases a unique fusion of rock and punk, incorporating elements from both genres to create a distinctive sound. "Holly Davidson" draws inspiration from people and events that took place in the 90s, capturing the essence of that time period. The album's lyrics and themes may reflect personal experiences, social commentary, or reflections on the cultural climate of the 90s. |
Recorded at 1760 lakeside studio, Rockdown showcases the band's musical prowess and their ability to create powerful and catchy rock songs that are sure to please fans of the genre. Patrick Moore is not the astronomer but a band, and one that is not to be missed, with their unique sound and high-energy performances. Coming from Milton Keynes, the band intend to go further, to the stars (and beyond). |
Recorded at Catsbrook Mansions, the tracks were meant to be demos for record companies but the recordings were so good that they have been released as an album. Leah Harlow is the songwriter and producer of the album, and sung and played guitar on all the tracks. Bass was provided by Christie Moore and drums by Red Rob. |
